UA Food Day - 2014

Come join the Campus Arboretum on the UofA mall for the annual Food Day Event on Oct 22 from 10am-2pm.  Food Day is a national celebration in support of healthy eating and sustainable food production.  Arboretum student workers will be providing information on our edible plants self-guided tour as well as other available campus tours.  To cool you down, come try a cup of our freshly made prickly pear punch and don’t forget to pick up a few recipes for our local edibles.  We hope to see you there.
