The world needs plants now more than ever! To introduce and immerse you in the plants of our world, we have launched the First Annual Arizona Plant Festival. The festival will be held virtually this year, so you can visit exhibits that engage, empower, and delight you anytime from wherever you are! From June to October, 2020, we will add new exhibits in 6 different exhibit halls.
Each exhibit hall features ways we use plants to:
Learn - plant science and practices
Grow - practical knowledge for growing plants
Find - plant finding resources
Visit - botanically rich destinations
Nourish - using plants for food and medicine
Celebrate - plant inspired arts and entertainment
On October 18, 2020, to culminate the end of the festival period, we will will host a series of special interactive online events. All exhibits and recordings of special events will be maintained here through Fall 2021, so please come back often to learn and enjoy!
We hope to see you in person at the 2021 Arizona Plant Festival at the University of Arizona Campus in Tucson.
