Museum Junction, What’s Your Function?

Spend the day exploring YOUR campus Museums!

The University of Arizona Museum of Art is hosting an event to introduce the UA Community to our extensive museum collections. They invite you to visit a new place, learn something new, or find a new favorite. Check out the special activities offered on the 26th, and don’t forget to come back and visit all year long!

Visit the University of Arizona Campus Arboretum display at Museum Junction to learn more about what the University of Arizona Campus Arboretum has to offer you.

The University of Arizona Campus grounds were designated by the American Public Garden Association as an arboretum in 2002. What looks today like an elegant park is in fact the result of over a century of research and experimentation with desert‐adapted plants and landscape practices by The University of Arizona faculty and staff. The Campus Arboretum is dedicated to preservation of these historic specimens, continued research in environmental and urban sustainability as well as formal student education, global and community outreach. Visit our website to find resources that help you learn to live sustainably in the desert, or join our docents for an upcoming guided tree tour.
